The SIP 150-6 BUDGET Screw Impeller Pump has been developed and built to meet the needs and requirements for a wide part of the world without having the need for advanged technologies. This mobile pump unit is the most simple and basic version in our range of 6″ Screw Impeller Pumps.
The Budget configuration is a tipical old-fashioned mechanical configuration, has a continuously V-belt driven vacuum-pump without electromagnetic clutch, so the vacuum-pump does always work, even when the screw-impeller pump has water.
This configuration has no level control, and RPM has to be adjusted manually by the trottle handle on the engine.
This pump is as basic as you can wish… Start / Stop by a switch, and RPM has to be manualy set.
Pump unit is however completely self-contained, and provided with all the elements Impulse is always offering.
Its equipped with its own fuel tank and of course also designed to perform in the most demanding and tough conditions at all corners of the world..
This Budget configuration is not allowed in USA and Canada because of their local envoirmental regulations.
The pump set is driven by the robuste aircooled Hatz 2M41 2 cilinder diesel engine with a minimum of electric components. Operating the pump is extremely easy and is managed by the super simple standard controller with all basic engine protection elements only. This control system is stil giving the protection w.r.t. oil presure and temperature safty stops.

– Solids passage: 100 mm
